Your Superwoman Job:  I get the opportunity to serve churches and inspirational businesses/organizations in hosting, speaking and consultanting specifically targeting women, teens and millennials.

What challenges you?  Finding the balance between being the graceful/gentle mother and wife and being the woman who fearlessly and aggressively takes charge of my life and career. As women, it's important to balance our passion and drive with discernment and logic. It can be very challenging, but I really seek to perfect it in my lifetime. I don't think I'm doing too bad so far! lol

Describe the moment and situation where you realized "God is real".

There was a moment during my first staffed church position where I was transitioning from being a Youth Pastor to being a Creative Marketing Director and I was scared out of my mind! I had little experience in marketing and was afraid I couldn't execute at the highest level. We had a worship night and I decided to just go to the altar, close my eyes and reflect on my ENTIRE life. (I'm talking about from birth lol.) I thought about every mistake, every bad decision, every broken heart and every, single, ounce of grace and even mercy God had shown me throughout my years and it absolutely changed my life. I knew for a fact that anything I would ever face would be favor-filled and covered with grace, that truly anything I would ever do, would be covered by God.

What steps and scripture helps you to move past this challenge in life? 

2 Corinthians 12:9 "My grace is sufficient for you and my power is made perfect in weakness. Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weakness so that Christ's power my rest on me."

What do you think God is preparing you for in this season?

To inspire women, teens and millennials into a resilient relationship with Christ.

What words of encouragement would you give someone who is in your current season?

There's a God. He's so very real and he's literally waiting for you every single day. He's waiting for a conversation, for your fears, your burdens and He's intently equipped with everything that you'll ever need to not only sustain, but to conquer in this world.
